I'm having an issue with channel 704 (Fox News) where the audio seems to be ahead of the video. Can you please suggest a solution to fix this? Thank you.

what other video player? what are you saying?

All other channels seem to be functioning properly without any delays.

I've tried all the options available, but there hasn't been any cI have tried both the Primary and Backup options, but I am still experiencing a delay.

have you test that channel on different device or app? if yes and still same issue then its channel/server related. did you report to your provider about it?

if no then I would test that too just to make sure but I believe its server/channel related.

I have just confirmed a delay on another unit of the same 4900 model. Therefore, the delay is not an issue specific to this unit.
Not on my end.

Then the issue is probably at the server/source side.  Not much you can do, short of asking your provider to look into it.

I just checked my provider and checked both the FHD, low bitrate feed, and one other and they are all fine.
