March 23, 20233 yr I just got a new Classic box but for some reasons the catch up do not work. I get "Media format is not supported" message at the bottom of the TV screen. What settings do I need to change please?

April 4, 20233 yr Author Thanks, great update, the catch up are working! However I am forced to use HLS protocol to be able to view catch up with my provider. Is it normal?

Good to hear. There are 2 stream types usually TS and HLS Some work better than others, it varies So as long as it works, that's all that matters.
