I keep getting this message every night at 8 power off , restart, or screenshot a box in the right side of my screen how can i get rid of this

That is typically what you get if you press and hold the power key on the remote.  

The few times I have gotten that, I realize that the wife has fallen asleep and rolled over onto the remote 🙂
