** Up to yesterday, LiveTV was working now it's not **

I have a P6 with 16GB of RAM connected on WIFI with 260 - 300mbps DL and UL speeds.

I have 3 IPTV subscriptions and all have been working until yesterday in terms of LiveTV.

Only VODS and Series are working. Tried VPN connections to other countries to no avail.

The thing is, on other devices, another Android box and on my iOS device, LiveTV works on

all my subscriptions.

Please advise.

Oh, sorry, I'm a Noob with the P6. Is it Buzz 6 that's default? Do I need to DL Buzz 5?

Nothing has changed on the buzz 6 so its likely another issue

Buzz 5 is installed on the p6 already so all you need to do is enter your credentials in the buzz 5 app

What message are you getting when you try to connect?

I know it may sound trivial, but have you tried unplugging the power to the box for a few second and then plugging it back in ?

It did work again on Buzz 5 for all the 3 IPTV servers. I can view Live TV now.

On Buzz 6 it connects automatically and there were no error messages. The live channels just don't load.

VODS and Series worked.

I've restarted the box from the app but not a hard shut down. I'll try that as well.

If you do backup your favourites and server info

First what buzz software are you running The latest was very recently sent out.

Did you message buzz with all your info info?

So the channels are loading but just not tuning in. Vod and series work and livetv works on another device. 

It might just mean your service has made a change with their streams and you might to PM allaboutbuzz your login credentials to reproduce and fix the issue. Don't be worried, your info is safe with him but he needs it to pass onto the devs to get you back up on livetv.

You didn't mention it, but you DID do a hard power off and restart ?  ie: unplug the power for a few secs and re-plug it back in ?

Ok I've messaged him. Although I have 3 ITPV providers and none of the LiveTV streams are working. It can't be all of them?

Yes several times and it did not help.

Buzz TV 6 version 1.0.362

I switched from Buzz TV 6 home screen to Buzz TV Modern and Live TV channels are working again.
