I have an M3U playlist URL from my provider. With the Xtream Code, there is a username and password but the BuzzTV doesn't provide these fields. What can I do?

you're mistaken as those fields are there

If using XC, you should have been given a URL, username and password (and those are the fields available on all buzz boxes).

If you were just given an M3U playlist URL, typically your username and password are embedded in the URL they gave you, which is why you do NOT have a username/password field separate when creating an M3U playlist.
