March 14, 20251 yr How do you do a hard boot. I've done multiple soft boots ( hold button then power). Wiped factory reset. Wiped cache. Was/am in a boot loop it seems. Cant use the box for what files but am upto date with Buzz and TV5 updates. Sept and Jan I believe.

Soft boot is through Android settings What you're describing is the Hard Reset.
