January 11, 20251 yr Just bought The Classic 64GB. When we turn the box off with the remote, we can't get the box to turn back on (using the remote power button OR the side power button on the box), and the only way to get it to turn back on is by unplugging the box and plugging it back in. We discovered that the specific issue is if you set the power button on the remote to put the box to SLEEP. There are no issues (the box will turn on and off with no problems) if we have the power button set to SHUT DOWN the box instead. But we would rather the power button on the remote put the box to sleep. Can anyone recommend a fix, or is there an issue with our new box? Details: Lights seem "normal" in all cases. So there is a red led on the box when it's off, and a blue led when it's on. ALTHOUGH at one point the lights were slowly flashing red/blue&green, but it isn't doing that anymore. "HDMI-CEC" is off.
