January 3, 20251 yr Hoping for some help. The bottom buttons on my remote are not working. None of the numbers work or the coloured buttons across the bottom. am I doing something wrong?
January 3, 20251 yr Author IR100 brand new new batteries. it’s only the bottom part of the remote. The numbers and 4 colours.
January 4, 20251 yr When you try to press the buttons does LED in the top center light up ? I know it is long shot, but it happened to me once when my wife dropped a remote, so check to see if the remote has ever so slightly split apart on the bottom end (which affected the membrane contact to the board below). Try to squeeze the remote closed where the Buzz logo is (ie: squeeze between the buzz logo and the battery cover on the back). Maybe try one other set of batteries, just in case it is bad luck and you got some duds. If no LED, batteries are good, and it is squeezed tight shut, there is not much else to a remote. I'd say you possibly got a defective remote 😞
January 4, 20251 yr Author Yes the LEDs do light up when I press the buttons. Replaced the batteries and unfortunately still have the same issue.
