This is the remote that came with the box. Strangely, there is no model # with the remote. There is no "settings" key on the remote. None of the other keys including "Menu" or "Server" work. Next step?

There are only 2 options - Close App and Wait (on the screen)

How do I clear data? or cache? The box does not respond to any keys being pressed, except the source key, the TV off key and the STB on/off key.

Unit has stopped responding immediately after the update last night (July 15, 2021). Screen message says " Buzz TV 4 isn't responding". Disconnected all cables including the router and rebooted number of times. No change. I have no transmission at all. Please help. Thank you.
