March 8, 20215 yr Hi, my xrs4500 when pushing the power key button on the remote it will not suspend like it was before this is with the remote that came with the device as well as the one I purchased here the ARQ-100. I have tried rebooting changing the power key definition to shut down it does that, and it will restart with both remotes, I have unplugged it for a few minutes it has the same Issue not suspending.

March 10, 20215 yr Yeah, mine does that every now and again. Seems to be worse when the batteries are in the way out. Remote eats batteries.
