EPG guide stopped working

About 2 weeks ago my EPG guide stopped loading.   I thought it was an issue with my IPTV server since they did go down for a couple days.  My guide will load on a tivimate on a firestick.   I gave reset my 4500 as well but that did not work either.    Any suggestions?

    I have contacted provider already.  They said everything is working on their end.   It only seems to be my BuzzTV that the guide is not loading on

    Nothing has changed on the buzz end so something had to have changed at server end

    You can pm allaboutbuzz with all your info and he can take a look at issue
