Hello,  just bought a brand new XRS4500 with remote and having connected and plugged in the device i was prompted to pair the remote by pressing the OK and Vol buttons until red LED light  flashes which i did. The remove works, turns the unit on nad off shows the volume level up and down but the unit it stuck on this page showing Status: scanning and has been for hours even after plugging and unplugging the unit.

please help

    You can press the back button on the remote to exit the pairing screen

     

    As the remote is also an IR remote.
