Ok so I updated my box this morning and after the update it wanted me to pair my remote again. I put the remote into paring mode and then a notification comes on the screen saying Bluetooth keeps stoping. I go to the remote and Accessories section and the Bluetooth says it’s off. I click for it to turn on run and it won’t let me go down to add accessory so the box is searching. I’ve rebooted the box, changed batteries in remote and still nothing. Any suggestions 

i think you will have to wait for a bug fix You can stop the message appearing by hitting app info on the pop up and turning notifications off

I had the same problem.

I found that turning off wifi and then back on solved it for me.

I had to click back button and then try again

it paired in seconds

Same problem on two boxes. Turned Wifi on and rebooted. Problem solved.
