I will preface my question by stating that whenever I am done watching TV, I power off my XRS 4900 and unplug it.

Why is it that whenever I plug my box in and turn it on , after about 10 seconds, I get a message at the bottom of the home screen saying "Alarm received!"?

    It's nothing to worry about Its some leftover code from the beta file 

    It'll be gone with next update
