Transition from LiveTV to VOD glitchy on XRS4500

Featured Replies

I just bought a new Buzz TV XRS4500 box.  I'll watch LiveTV and then when I got to VOD, the thumbnails will load for some and then buffering will start and it'll get stuck on VOD.  If I try to switch to LiveTV, it'll take me to the channel but won't load - so no picture, no sound.  Just freezes.  It won't even let me reconnect to the server.  I have to reboot the box.  I know this isn't my service as I was using a different box prior to this and had no issues.  I also have a Buzz TV XPL3000 (which I love and that's why decided to get the XRS4500).  Any help you can provide would be very much appreciated.

have you used your 3000 recently to confirm?

Hi. Yes I have. Just this morning.

go to vod first and change player

Hi. The video player was on Secondary, I changed it to default. The transition from LiveTV to VOD got worse.

What else can I do?
