Almoradigary

I've just performed the latest OTA system update on my P6 but since doing so it doesn't recognise any storage. I have a WD_BLACK SN7100 1TB inserted which was working as PVR recording storage prior to the system update. So now I can't record. When I try to create a new recording and come to enter the storage location, I just get the message 'Choose where you want to save this recording' then it's just stuck, it won't let me select internal or external storage. How do I get my P6 to record again?

I have somehow unpaired my Vidstick ST4000 & my Vidstick Max from the remote control, so when the sticks boot up, I can't get off the home screen to settings or do anything. Does anyone know how to factory reset without the remote, as I'm hoping one of first things it does is ask me to pair the remote (using OK & Volume down buttons)?
