    I have a Firestick 4K and a VidStick connected to same tv and same wifi. Firestick gets 87 down and VidStick gets 11 down!

    My bt-4000 remote eats batteries. My usuage is light but batteries last less than a week. I don’t use back light. I use ir as I can’t get a bt connection.

    My remote doesn’t work. With Bluetooth I experienced the uncontrollable scrolling. I switched to ir only and remote worked okay until yesterday. Now remote doesn’t work at all. I put in new batteries but still no go. Clearly remote is defective.
