Yeah, I know, it seems weird to me too. What’s even more weird is my old xpl3000 box started doing it too. That’s why I bought this new box last week. And here I am, same problem. Can’t put my finger on it.

Ok, I backed up the server and the favourites to the internal storage. Hopefully that will help me after the next update. How often does it do updates?

How do I back-up? And will that save the favourites?

Yeah, I don’t know what to make of it. I thought by getting rid of the buzztv 2 3900 box, it wouldn’t happen again, but here we are. does everyone leave their box set for automatic updates? Or should I uncheck that?

Came home and the box was powered off. Turned on and it went into doing an update automatically. Then all my selected favourites category was gone. Is this normal? New box last week. I stopped using my old buzztv 3900 because it would lose favourites every time the power cycled. Coincidence?
