you should find a provider,use google,and then you have to pay subscription . you have two options: 1-your provider can give you user ID and password 2- you can give you provider the Mac address of your STB,that is located at the bottom of 4900 your provider will set up your box ,with their server. Both options work good. Good luck

Hello , click the home button ,and then settings ,the gear shape icon, the find the accessibility ,then click accessibility then click the closed caption this menu give you access ,to change fonts size ,colours etc. good luck
