October 28, 20205 yr hello forum...does anyone have any problems where if you have to re-connect to your server after letting the XRS sit for an extended period of time? I need to disconnect then re-connect and all works good. thanks for everyones help. Mark
October 29, 20205 yr Author yes...if i turn the tv off and leave the box on, or if i turn the box and tv off, when i turn both back on, i have to disconnect then reconnect the portal for the stations to work. i also have "smart stb" on my LG tv and never have to re-load the portal. the tv does not have a VPN in use.
October 29, 20205 yr Author is there a setting in the box software where it will reload the portal after the box is turned back on? i have looked but doesn't appear there is one but i am not an expert yet.. Mark
