August 16, 20224 yr Seem to be having problem with remote? My box is XRS 4500 had it for 16 month got this problem that when I press the green stb button on the remote to turn off it switches to the home screen then when I press the livetv button it starts to load the portal and channel list. It dose this for a for a few time then it switches the box off as normal. Cant remeber every changing any settings it been running good could the remote be the problem? Any of you also had this problem? Thank's
August 16, 20224 yr yes or no. backup all info and perform a reset. if problem persist then I would clean remote. but do it on your own risk. 🙂
August 17, 20224 yr Author Thank's Ryu Your post reminded me that I had a backup from January this year so I've just done a restore and that seems to have solved the problem? Will keep you posted.
