Kodi Frame Rate Issue

Hello,

We have a new issue with our box, that has has been happening the past month.

When watching a stream on Kodi, every 10 minutes or so, there is a significant drop in frame rate (video becomes "jerky"). It sometimes recovers on it's own, but usually a pause-play will fix it.

Here are some details that may (or may not) be relevant:

• When the stream starts playing, the screen will flash for a second (as if it was changing frame rate?).
• The TV has: max refresh rate 125Hz, interpolation (creates intermediate frames).
• BuzzTV display mode is at 59.9hz
• Auto Frame Rate Settings: Enable AFR for Apps=OFF, Always use Exact Framerate=OFF.

Any idea what may be causing this issue, and how to fix it?

try it with auto frame rate on
