Transfer recordings from 1TB NVMe plugged into the bay

I want to transfer the recordings from my 1TB NVMe drive that’s plugged into the expansion bay … to something a windows PC can read. When I look at file manager, it says the recordings folder is empty - but likely because it’s looking at the device’s internal storage! How can I navigate to my 1TB drive and do a transfer??? Thanks
