  1. This is the first time using M3U playlist from IPTV provider. The provider connected my MAC address to their server and I entered the Portal URL that they provided to my XRS 4000 - under the M3U server settings. The portal URL had the M3U at the start and /c/ at the end. The problem was that it didn't work. It says "Cannot load portal: Cannot parse M3U playlist: M3U header not found". Is the problem on my side or is it on the IPTV provider's side? How can I correct this problem. Thank you
  2. Is the default player only for live TV? I encountered the "Buzz TV4 Isn't responding" while on Live TV with the second player active. It just disconnect the IPTV server and re-started. Is there any way that I can add another media players such as VLC player to BuzzTV4?
  3. My current firmware version is V20191210 on XRS 4000. Since last December, I always encounter the "Buzz TV4 Isn't responding" every time I use the VOD (either on the NFPS or the TV Zon). Does anyone here have any suggestion on how to correct this problem? Do we need an update to the firmware to solve this problem?
