Vidstick max and buzz5 beta

I have been using buzz5 beta on my vidstick max for months now and has been working great but this week an update came thru and I’ve lost my epg guide on my Mac server only. Works on my XC. Can someone help. My provide says it’s on my end. Thanks

Could any one tell me if this still ok?

Instructions:
1. From the Home Screen, go to Update
2. Let it Check for Update
3. Type in 2015 on the Remote, it will check for Beta update. If there is no update available the first time. Try 2015 one more time.

You should see the Beta Update available.
Please make sure to read the Changelog on the Left side before you proceed.

I just installed beta version and its stuck on 5 buzztv logo.

No picture and sound from EPG

Can watch VOD and all other apps. But not able to watch channels from EPG.

i have tried everything , checked url several times , rebooted stick rebooted modem ,just keep getting same error . I spoke with provider , he says all is good at his end also. Now he is saying to do a software reset because buzz sticks are buggy. I am using Buzz 5 beta . Can i do a reset or is that a bad idea.

No Beta Update Available (( ERROR ))

There are few reasons that you may see this (( No Beta Update Available ))

1. You recently purchased your box or just activated it.

2. You do not have the Nov 08 update or newer.

if you have entered the code(( 2015 ) it will place the device in a Que to update to Buzztv 5 beta. Please allow up to 7 days.

Note: if your box is Nov 8 or newer and you have entered the code ((2015)) and you have not been able to get the update, please create a ticket by visiting buzztv.com and there is a little " ? " (Question mark) at the bottom right hand side. Click on it and provide your info including the box serial number and MAC address and request to be entered in buzztv 5 Beta Que. You will receive an email back accordingly for any additional steps or clarifications.

Follow these steps to update your Vidstick series to Buzztv 5 Beta

Buzz TV 5 BETA:

1. Make sure your WIFI is connected.

2. Scroll down to Update and Select it.

2. Check for latest update and it should be (( V20211110 ))

3. Now using your Remote you have to type (( 2015 )) and it will start checking for beta update.

4. When you see this update click Start Upgrade to Beta,

5. Now Let Downloading finish and reboots your box after word.

6. Enjoy Your Buzztv 5 beta upgrade.
