Hi, i have problem with my remote bt 200 on my XRS 4900 since 2 weeks, the remote its not working at all, the lights on the remote are working and i can see like green light behind the batteries but the button do not work at all i tried everything i could, put a new batteries nothing and even the program button TV Power + Source so i wanted to know how the lights on the remote control work, but when I press any button nothing works?

Hi guys, I have a buzz tv 4500 and another different brand stb , the problem is that every time I turn on the Buzz tv the other turns on as well, I have both connected to the same tv in the livingroom and I tried turning off the CEC switches but the problem persists.

Can I somehow make any changes to remote channels so it doesn't activate the second stb box?

Any idea why this is happening? thanks.

Does an Android App exist to control the remote?

my old mag box had an android app to control the box from my phone, since i no longer use infomir mag boxes but now i use buzztv does such android app exist for the buzztv boxes to control the remote remotely? no pun intended

after the update I had to pair my BT-200 again.now it pairs as BT-100 on my xrs 4500. as a result the buttons don't work properly. how can I get this to pair as a BT-200 . thank for the help.

Remote Not Working

Hi, I just got the XR4500 BuzzTv box and my remote isn't able to shut the STB off. My remote doesn't shut off the STB when pressing the green STB button on the remote. When I press the green stb button the light on the remote doesn't turn on. Would appreciate your help.

Followed all instructions to pair remote. tv screen shows pic of remote plus stick and says scanning on bottom.

Is there a way to factory reset the BT-200 Remote Controller? I tried to pair the remote but the whole remote is flashing after clicking the OK button and Volume - at the same time. The Red LED remote should be flashing 3 times but is doesn't do that.

E2SE remote issue

I’ve had the E2 SE box for about a month now, and my remote was working just fine. All of the sudden it won’t work. I’ve changed the batteries, I’ve restarted the box, I followed the instructions and I cannot figure out what’s going on. When I press the buttons on the remote the red light flashes on the remote but nothing happens on the tv. I can’t get passed the first page. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Or do I need a new remote?

Avec ma nouvelle télécommande bt-200 le problème et que je perds toujours la connexion bluetooth elle reste connecté 20 segonde puis repassage en infrarouge

j'ai fermaient l'application bluetooth vider le cache effacé les données mes rien ni fait je les connecté au moins 20 fois et toujours ce problème

il y a une démarche particulière à faire pour que ca fonctionne correctement ou ses un problème de buzztv ???

Cannot Pair BT-200 with my E2 Box

Can someone please help. I have tried about 10 times to pair my BT-200 remote with my E2 box. I have followed all the steps on the YouTube video. I am beginning to wonder if the remote is broken. If I just use it in IR mode, it doesn't seem to want to move on the screen most times either. I have taken the batteries out. I have re-booted the box. Is there anything I can try or should I just bring it back to Buzz? Thank you.

Hi all. Maybe someone can help me here. I bought a XRS4500 max last month and I'm pretty happy with it. It came with a BuzzTV BT-100 remote. I can pair it pretty easily, but it disconnects from the box shortly after. I tried to connect it again before going to bed yesterday evening and leave it besides the box which I left turned on. It was still disconnected this morning. Is it the remote? The box? The drivers?

I bought this box to be able to tuck it behind the tv on the wall and be able to use it while hidden. But that can't happen now.

I'm using the standard BT-100 remote with my new Vidstick+ (Build Ver. 20210203). I would like to know what the programmed functionality of the Red, Green, and Yellow color buttons on the BT-100 remote. The Blue button function is identified in the ST4000 series User Manual. Thanks.

Remote issues for XR4500

Periodically does not work to change channels or sound. When it does only allows you three or four channel movements and then does not seem to work for another 10 minutes. Got this in September 2020 and on third set of energizer batteries. I have three boxes and one remote works fine and the other 2 experience the issues noted. Is this a common thing? Can I switch to a generic remote that will work better and consistent?

Hey, anyone else going through tons of batteries? I use Duracell and use the remote as IR NOT BT. My box is on all the time however I'm not using the remote all the time.

My xpl3000 lasts 2-3 months but my xr4500 lasts a week at max?

Brand new remote. Brand new XR4500.

Sometime I hit back once when on Live TV, and it asks if I wanna exit.

Other times I hit the circle down ONCE and it skips 6-10 lines of text

It's scroll lock jumped 3 pages twice so far

Batteries are brand new energizers provided by Buzz. They are showing 75 % currently.

How to Program TV Power + Source key Button

1. Long Press [ TV Power + Source ] keys for 3 seconds

Until you see the blue light LED turns Solid Blue.

2. Press the key to be programmed. Example [ TV Power ]

The Blue LED begins to blink.

3. Aim the Remote to the front of the TV Remote( distance less then 3CM )

1) Press Power button on Buzztv Remote

2) Press Power button on your TV remote.

3 ) You will see that Light will blink 3 times

4. Press Power on Buzztv TV remote to sync the code.

Now test your Buzztv remote with your TV to make sure the power works.

Also you can same type of steps for Source button on buzztv remote.
