	I have connected my media player by ethernet (cat 6) directly from the suppliers modem/router. My internet plan calls for `150 mbps download but I find that the best download speed with the xpl 3000 that I can achieve is between 20 - 30, which is not bad but not great, and I do experience frequent buffering.  I am trying to determine where the hangup might be. Is the  xpl 3000 capable of handling delivering greater download speeds? I am not sure what the specifications of the xpl 3000 mean.

	I have a buzztv xpl3900 version 7.12 kernel version 3.14.29 updated on nov 21 2018 . about 4 days ago one of the apps stop working in this box and another 4500 , I have delete many times the app from both boxes ,the provider send the app again to install and says is nothing wrong in their part , before they stop working ,every time I will put the box on this particular app was opening by itself, I don't have a ton of app I delete kodi ,crome a few that I don't use but nothing happen , can you suggest any idea please, thanks.

	Chat bot referred me to here for official tech support ?   My USB powered  2tb hdd is  beeping and not recognized at times . Working fine almost a year since I purchased the XPL3900.  HDD is recognized on windows PC &amp; can access files.  Submitted RMA form &amp; no response.

	  Is the  decal (sticker) on the top of the XPL 3900 available?  I just got a second  box  and on this one the sticker is crooked and not even centered over the  partly exposed embossed  logo below.

	I would like to remove it and line it up correctly.

	<span>His 3900 comes with 80 SSD ( paying extra for the ssd of course) and was working fine till few days ago, that it has disappeared from the 3900 box and I can not find it.</span>
</p>

	<span>I was wondering if any of you fine people can help me with that ?</span>

	1. Download the file onto a computer<br />
	Then transfer it onto a USB drive or SD card<br />
	Then insert into box
</p>

<p>
	2. Use reset button inside AV hole on the back of your 3900 to get into recovery mode on first time boot. 
</p>

<p>
	You will need to use a Tooth Pick or Paper Clip or something similar to do this.
</p>

<p>
	3. <br />
	Once in recovery<br />
	Go to <br />
	Apply update from ext
</p>

<p>
	Select Udisk which is USBDrive or SD Card depending on which one you have the Firmware on
</p>

<p>
	4.Highlight the Firmware<br />
	Press Ok to install it
</p>

<p>
	It will take up to 8 mins to install
</p>

<p>
	5. Once finished <br />
	Select reboot
</p>

<p>
	6. It will boot back into Android and everything is normal and nothing is erased
</p>

When I plugged in I set up the language, connected it to Wifi and brought me on Home screen. When I click on Settings and then server, the screen goes blank and does not give me anything.
