	Hey everyone, I've been using a couple of Bluetooth devices for audio with the P6 device and have been having sync issues,specifically using the Buzz TV 6 app. The video and audio is out of sync, the video is about 2 seconds ahead of the audio, very noticeable and hampers your viewing experience. 
</p>

<p>
	However, using the Buzz 5 app and any other app on this same device, everything works perfectly. Like I said before I've tried it with 2 different Bluetooth devices and get the same result. 
</p>

<p>
	I asked a friend to try their device and they experienced the same thing. Furthermore, they said using the Buzz TV 6 VOD when they use the internal player everything is out for sync but with the external player it works fine. 
</p>

<p>
	Could it be an issue with the audio processing on the primary (and only) internal player on buzz TV 6 app?

	Just downloaded the app from the google playstore and the mac address can not be changed. That will be a serious issue for those with iptv subs that use mac addresses especially in Canada. I bought the g series box to use the buzz tv 6 app for that specific reason I hope that they fix this issue. Its a big one in my opinion.

	Most of my tv channels don't come on immediately, it takes about a minute to come on, on my BuzzTv Classic AI. I have two other earlier version of BuzzTv without any problems. Any suggestions out there, it's kind of frustrating, since I was expecting the best on this box.

	I’ve just got the new g series device. <br />

<p>
	Downloaded BuzzTV 6 from Google Play - set up a few providers in the app 
</p>

<p>
	However when I play a UHD/4K channel - it stutters (not buffering) 
</p>

<p>
	It is only on UHD/4K channels 
</p>

<p>
	I have installed both Tivimate + iMPlayer and both of those play the same channels that BuzzTv 6 is having trouble with no problem. <br />
	 
</p>

<p>
	Which leads me to think it’s an issue with the app. Hopefully can be fixed with an update.

	Has anyone had issues with the volume control not working while using the BT500 remote with the BuzzTV 6 power station unlimited? I have factory reset both the box and the remote, which made it work, then after loading up some apps it no longer worked. Has anyone encountered this issue? Seems like support had no answer for the issue.

	Looking for help, I have two devices one is the Buzz Power station featuring the Buzz 6 app. The other is the U5 using the Buzz 5 app. On both I was connecting with live TV using an M3U server connection. Let me know if you need the provider. The url I used works on my Buzz 5 app, but when used on the Buzz 6 app it plays for about 30 seconds then freezes. I reached out to the provider and was met with them saying they don’t use the app. Do know that they support Tivimate and other apps that use m3u8 files. I have tried the urls they have for those apps but get a connection error message. Please let me know if you need more information. Do know that can connect with Buzz 5 on the U5.

	I've created custom rows on the BuzzTV6 home screen (Home&gt;Settings&gt;Edit Home&gt;Edit Content Rows&gt;Add New Row).  When I try to resize the icons in those custom rows (Home&gt;Settings&gt;Edit Home&gt;Edit Content Rows&gt;"click on my custom row name"&gt;Size) the resize slider does not "stick" in the size I select- it always reverts back to Medium. .  When I do this on the default rows the resize operation does "stick."  So it's obviously a bug in the custom row function.

	Another issue I am having is when setting up a scheduled recording. I edit the stop time to 30 minutes more and when I click to set the recording it reverts back to the original stop of the stop time, I've tried to save the edit I made and it still reverts back original stop time. I noticed that when I am in the edit window it does not give me option to save the change. I have to hit the home button to exit the edit window. Am I performing the function right. Can someone tell me how perform the edit function correctly?

	When I first started to check the channels of the server I installed, I only watched a few channels. Now I have a blue box at the left bottom the states Recently watched, every time I go to guide it now only lets me scan thru a few channels. How do I clear recent channels and go back accessing all the available channels? I cannot find anything in the settings to clear recent watched in the P6.

	When pairing with BT-500 remote, the startup screen has option to choose the BT-500. When it sucessfully pairs it states that it is a BT-400 instead. when I try to use smart remote app it shows that its disconnected and won't let me access the auto tv function. I want to stop using the TV remote to control TV and use the BT-500 instead. I cannot use the PVR schedule function when I have to turn the TV on and off with TV remote controlling TV and the box too.

	I just purchased a VPV subscription as my ISP seems to be throttling my connection when I use the IPTV on my P6. I need to use split tunneling because some applications I use cannot be routed through the VPN. I am having a hard time figuring out which app in the list needs to be routed through the VPN for my IPTV to work properly. Do I just add Buzz TV 6, or do I have to include other apps that seem to be part of the software?

	I am currently using my IPTV service with Buzz TV 6. As with most IPTV services, the EPG is hit-or-miss. I purchased a subscription to "My Top EPG" service to improve the IPTV guide data. The EPG links provided by my-top-epg are provided in pairs. One link for North American channels and one link for Global channels. I am encountering an issue finding a way to add multiple EPG links in the Buzz TV 6 interface. It does display one spot, but I need a second spot to add the link for Global EPG. Does anyone know how to add two EPG links to the service server within the B6 app?

	Every 10-15 minutes the video flashes for a second on my P6. This happens whether I use my IPTV service or stream from any app. I have tested my signal and connection and all is fine. I have done restarts and unplugged the device, nothing fixes the problem. Is there anything else that can be done?
