	My X5 Super Sport freezes on higher resolution content. Latest update on it was done in April and it states there are no current updates. I run it on an Ethernet hard wired gigabit fiber optic internet source. Speeds show over 900 up and 900 down. Lower resolution channels seem to be fine but on a 75 inch screen look like garbage. Any ideas on what my issue could be?

	Deleted Netflix, now I get the "app not compatible -13," error. What gives I can't get Netflix back on there? The app didnt work from the git go so I removed it and got an older apk file and I get this error after installing it. Cleared cache and stuff but still doesn't work. How did buzztv get it to install. ??

	When I try to add M3U, It says logging into portal, then gets to “loading channel list..”

	it actually like it’s loading for about 5 minutes and then just stops and goes back to the buzztv Home Screen. It will say I’m connected to the server, but will repeat the “loading channel list…” screen for another 5 minutes and repeat the same issue. Never actually
</p>

<p>
	loads the channels/VOD/ etc. 
</p>

<p>
	when I try to connect through the MAC server or Xc login in just says error messages about portal not supported (see photos)<br />
	I’ve used a shorter subscription with this iptv recently and their support staff is saying that the portal is working fine on their end (loops IPTV). <br />

	I'm just wondering if there's a way to program it so it only works for the box and not my TV. I paired it when I got it and it seems to always shut my TV on/off and not the box. I even toggled the "HDMI-CEC" settings and that didn't seem to work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

	As of yesterday IPTV stopped working. Live tv guide comes up but no picture and “media format not supported” message. Had my account reset, changed URL’s, tried changing video player to back up from primary, changed stream format from auto to TA and nothing works.
