I have a B5 and E5 model and I have service via Apollo tv/m3u file. I have no issues accessing live tv but VOD, when chosen, brings me to the next page but I see nothing but potential movies trying to load. In other words, I see nothing but spinning wheels. I was under the impression VOD/TV series could be accessed with a M3U. 

Any help is appreciated.

On my olf Boomerang Mate 1, there was an option in the settings to backup. I don't see this option on the Global Buzzbox
