	I programed pvr for a 1 hour recording for multiple days but only get 15min of recording.

	I have factory reset the box several times. using a 500gig solid state hd (samsung) . I've tried removal usb and internal storage.

	Hello. I’ve had no problems with my U5 since I bought it. I went out for vacation and since returning, the U5 had a black screen.
</p>

<p>
	Unplugged and waited for 5 mins and when plugging it back, it loads the BuzzTV animated screen logo and then goes back to black. After about 4 minutes it restarts and does the same thing again.
</p>

	Any suggestions regarding what I should do?

	Hello all<br />
	Helping a friend setup his new U5 box. (remotely)<br />
	Has entered server URL properly<br />
	(I verified via facetime call, no typos)<br />
	Saves portal info<br />
	Goes back to main screen and selects "Live TV"<br />
	And the box just flips instantly to the server settings page.<br />
	No Loading portal message I'd normally expect<br />
	I've never seen this before.<br />
	Any suggestions?<br />
	Any possibility internet provider is blocking the server IP range?<br />
	Oh, Internet to the box is good. Hardwired and YouTube plays fine.<br />

	Does anyone know a way to easily move downloaded or recorded movies from one internal hard drive to another on the U5 models or any Buzz models ?

	Seems the formatted internal drives can not be moved from one box to another. Is it possible to link the U5 as a Server on internet and send the recordings or downloads to another box ? We need an easy way to do this.

	I tried a Copy HDD unit where you can install a blank SSD and the removed internal SSD of the Box into this HDD Copy Unit.
</p>

	Files were moved but the Buzz units did not see the files.

On my b5 I have to refresh the lists a lot and there are issues in the saved series. So not sure if it is the box or the service. Any other ways I would see a difference between the boxes?

	Firmware is up to date, when i use apps on the U5 it does not let me use the keyboard to search etc unless i go into device preferences

	untick keyboard retick keyboard before i can use and i need to do this constantly to be able to use the search function on certain apps

	this is an issue on both my U5 boxes but not an issue on my X5. Could you pkease help as it is frustrating.

	I'm using a Samsung for more than a year. It worked perfectly until my drive was nearly half full. Now it often behaves as if i'm out of recording space. The record feature won't start. Upon deleting some of my least favorite movies, games and shows, it works perfectly for awhile until i get closer to half full again. Once i get closer to half full the issue begins anew and i delete more movies.

	This issue has been happening for a few weeks now, and I can't link it to any event, such as a firmware update.

	When I turn it on and go to LiveTV, the volume is at the Max setting. It startles everyone in the house! It's getting really annoying, and I've looked everywhere in the settings and can't seem to find anything that fixes it. I would really appreciate some help. Thanks!

	Guys I have a big problem, I have (2) U5’s so I purchased (2) Samsung <span> </span>1TB SSD to use as storage for any recording I want.
</p>

<p>
	I formatted them exfat on my computer and installed them in my U5 boxes.
</p>

<p>
	Both the U5’s recognized the SSD, and I set them up as removable storage, I recorder 2 programs to each of them.
</p>

<p>
	I played all 4 recordings and everything worked great.
</p>

<p>
	Later on I checked on them and discover it was saying Samsung USB drive is safely ejected, Samsung USB drive not connected! <span style="font-size:18px;"><u><strong>(I NEVER EJECTED THEM)</strong></u></span>
</p>

<p>
	When I remove the drives, reboot my U5 and try to install them again the U5 doesn’t see them.
</p>

<p>
	And the thing that troubles me even more, when I try to see them on my computer they never show up, like they don’t even exist.
</p>

<p>
	What the heck went wrong???
</p>

<p>
	Any help would be greatly appreciated ( I have a lot of money invested in <span> </span>the SSD’s)<span>  </span>!!!!

	I was having issues with the screen freezing and of course buffering on my U5. On a whim, I bought the ifi LAN iSilencer and installed one at my Comcast/Xfinity router, and another at my Verizon router, I have two ISPs, two different internet services, so two of these ifi units in my case. The freezing and buffering issues are not 100% gone, but I would say 90% is. We have watched TV for hours at a time in the past week without one single freeze on multiple channels. And my troublesome channels, the freezing issue is now not that big a deal. It will freeze at times, but now it is momentary, and pops right back. Check out one of these ifi LAN iSilencer units, they work on both wired and WiFi setups, I have tested. Hope this helps someone.

	 I posted this on the BuzzTV FB with no success. <br />
	 I have a problem with my U5/32 that’s just started in the last few days. <br />
	 I have my box set to “suspend on power down”, and it’s been working fine until the last few days, but lately -when I go to restart it (after being off for a while) it doesn’t respond to the power button on the remote and I have to manually unplug the power cord, then plug it back in to restart the device. I’ve put new batteries in the remote, so I know that’s not the issue. Any ideas?
