	I have two buzz 3000 xpl
</p>

<p>
	First box stuck on Boot logo..
</p>

<p>
	Pressing the reset button does nothing .
</p>

<p>
	Second box keeps doing a boot loop over and over ...this one I can get into recovery mode...did the factory reset...but no luck ...keeps looping on and off.
</p>

<p>
	Is their a factory image I can load ..
</p>

<p>
	Maybe I get one to work...
</p>

<p>
	Any advice and help would be awesome.
</p>

	my last update was on 2019 i see there is higher ones. but i have not received any. also i dont know why my programming is playing west coast t programming i am in the east coast which means i have to wait 3 hours . even thought it list 8 pm it wont show til 11 pm because at 8 its only  5 pm west coast please help

	I'm having issues with VOD after the recent 317 update, each time i try to watch a movie or a show it suddenly freezes. I have to reboot the box and play the movie again. Is anyone experiencing same issues after the update ?

	The unit doesn’t power off and it always reboots. I press and hold the power button and select shutdown and it still reboots. I have the latest updates (317). Also decide is set to shutdown and not standby/sleep in adv configs. Not sure what the issue could be. Pls advise. Thx.

	Hi I recently upgraded my interest and even have my buzz box plugged into the internet directly and it is non stop buffering and lagging when I try to watch my VOD or Kodi or live tv. It might go 5 mins without buffering freezing up, I have to pause and wait for 10 mins and then it happens all over again. Can you please help! Thank you!

	Brand new device, power on, i do wel my the configuration, it made last update, when i start to see iptv its work for few second, and stop, i get this message cannot load portal.

	1. Select Settings<br />
	2. Select More<br />
	3. Select Apps<br />
	4. Under system Apps Select Buzz TV 2<br />
	5. Select Uninstall Updates<br />
	6. Click OK <br />
	7. You will see a White Popup Select OK

	And you are done, Then press back till you are back on main screen.
